The agreement between you and TonPass GC Ltd. when you purchase or redeem a gift card.

1. Who issues the card
TonPass gift cards are issued by TonPass GC Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The website and technology are operated by TonPass Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
By purchasing a card you enter into an agreement with the issuer. The redeemer enters a separate agreement upon first opening the gift link.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. Cards valued over $300 require phone verification. Cards valued over $1,000 require KYC Level 2 (government ID).
Cards may not be purchased by persons residing in jurisdictions restricted under our AML policy.
3. Payments & fees
All payments settle in USDT. Online purchases carry a 2% fee; physical cards 3–5% depending on denomination. Network gas is paid by the buyer and shown at checkout.
Prices shown in USD are a convenience — your wallet will be charged in USDT on the selected chain.
4. Redemption
Each card is valid for 24 months from the purchase date. Redemption requires opening the TonPass app (or Telegram Mini App) and passing Face ID verification.
Once redeemed, USDT (TRC-20) is transferred to the recipient's wallet. This transaction is final and irreversible.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Unopened cards may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus network fees. Once the recipient opens the gift link, the card is considered activated and is non-refundable.
Expired cards trigger an automatic refund to the original purchaser (minus a $2 settlement fee).
6. Prohibited use
Cards may not be used to launder funds, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity. We reserve the right to freeze and refund any card suspected of abuse.
